Recipedia: Sun on Melon

Soft fruit. Salty sharpness. A pour of LELE. That’s all it takes.



What you'll need:

  • ½ watermelon

  • 100 g feta

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves

  • 1 small red onion

  • A few generous spoons of LELE olive oil

  • Cracked black pepper

  • Optional: lime zest or a light squeeze of juice


How to:

1. Place the watermelon cubes in a large bowl or on a serving plate.

2. Add the red onion slices and sprinkle the feta over the top.

3. Tear the mint leaves and scatter them gently.

4. Finish with LELE olive oil — don’t hold back.

5. Add some cracked black pepper (and lime, if using).
