Recipedia: Green Crush

A creamy, salty, punchy dip made for golden hour bites.



What you'll need:

  • LELE Olive Oil

  • Artichoke Hearts

  • Salted Capers

  • Green Olives


How to:

Finely chop or blend the artichoke hearts, salted capers, and green olives into a rough tapenade. Add a generous drizzle of LELE olive oil – trust your hands, not your measuring spoons. Season with black pepper and mix well.


Serve with bruschetta or scrocchi. Aperitivo approved.
