Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping outside of The Netherlands, but we hope to expand to other regions in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the size of your order. You can view the shipping fees during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the shipping method and destination. For our shipping, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery within the Netherlands.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors such as weather conditions or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the courier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. Orders placed with these addresses will be canceled and refunded.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you are missing an item, please contact us immediately at info@leleoliveoil.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
